"A Distance" by Fanfarlo

Another bit of London Indie Rock to push you through this Friday. Clouds overhead. Fall is upon us! "A Distance" is a retro familiar song featuring Killer's style reverb/chorus. Another ballad to break the bad vibes. #fanfarlo

"88" by Eye Emma Jedi

Indie Rock from London? Nothing special, right? WRONG! Remember freezing a snickers and forgetting about it. Remember finding it a few days later when you're really craving one? This is kinda like that. Smooth ride, High Energy, Crowd Effect. What more could you ask for?

"Torrent" by Asgier

Never been to Iceland, but this kinda makes you want to see what's going on over there! Awesome song with really chill vibes. This is definitely on my "clean up during a blizzard"-esque playlist! Check him out now! Follow him on twitter and then come find us and tell us what you think! #torrent

"Synesthesia" by Andrew McMahon

Here's to an amazing morning. Andrew McMahon, not very many people capture my ear 5 SECONDS into a song. Good job! YOU and this song are amazing! Good luck man and keep the music alive!

Paris Hilton???? WTF???

Just to show you guys we haven't gone completely crazy, we solved this ridiculous math equation that proves "Paris Hilton sucks"...HA...I give her props though. Being a diva and having fun your whole life can get a little boring. All I did yesterday was play guitar, listen to music and go to a concert.

But you be the judge...check out the video below and then vent your praises and/or frustrations on our twitter.

Peace and Love,

Millz

Twenty One Pilots NEW VIDEO

Twenty One Pilots - "House Of Gold" Official Music Video

If you haven't heard of these guys yet, I love you a little less. My band had the awesome opportunity to open for these guys a few months back. Really chill guys. Hard working, and dedicated to making the crowd go complete ape sh*t. From the first time I heard Ode to Sleep, I knew that these guys were gonna be something insane. With the release of this new video for their song "House of Gold", I think it's safe to say they won't be going anywhere, anytime soon!

Milwaukee Summerfest X Joe Hertler

Alright, now we love festivals as much as the next guy, but this one here takes the cake! Milwaukee Summerfest has a star studded line-up every year, but this year becomes a little more special. TIL Alumni: Joe Hertler and The Rainbow Seekers parties hard with the one and only John Mayer. July 6th. You pack your party pants (what, is it not cool to say "party pants") in a duffle bag and head to Wisconsin for the best of shenanigans (Farva). Head over to Joe Hertler's page and congratulate him on landing such an awesome show and wish the boys good luck!

The Indie Leak brings The Forest to Detroit

Here at The Indie Leak, we love festivals as much as the next guy or gal! In fact, we're pretty much at every one of them, and we're working on creating our own! However, baby steps are required!

So, we figured, let's throw a party at a historic venue in Detroit, pack it full of people, bring some awesome DJ's, fly in a few guys from Philly and invite some hot girls and see what happens!

WE WANT YOU THERE! If we make our quota, we essentially party for free and any profit goes towards booking bigger bands for even bigger shows in the future!

We love what we do, and we think you like watching us do it! So come party with us and have an awesome time.

Dispatch x Live Release x "Ain't No Trip To Cleveland"

Being one of the biggest State Radio fans, my subsequent discovery of Dispatch's "Piano Man" cover blew my mind! I followed them for some time before meeting the proverbial fork in the road, and splitting ways with this amazing band for about 7 months. I tuned in a little while ago, and found the love again, and a few months later, I was rewarded with this amazing album. This will dominate my ear-buds for probably the entire summer. We will be catching with Chad and the guys at our earliest convenience, but you should check them out for yourself! Check out Dispatch on The Indie Leak, on Facebook, and check out the new album on Grooveshark!

Wednesday

Tomorrow (5/23) is BOB MOOG DAY
